Hagley, Worcestershire

Finish: Brake Lane
Length: 4.44 km/ 2.76 miles
Weather: Bright and sunny.
This is a short walk around the the fields and woods in Hagley, either side of Brake Lane. There are lots of variations that can be done on this walk. Also, some of the walk was part of my school cross-country run all those years ago.

Walking across the fields with Brake Mill Plantation on the right.

Close to the houses and barn conversions at Brake Mill.

I am not sure what this mill pond is called, but it's the one nearest to Brake Mill Farm.

Looking back towards Hagley from Brake Mill Plantation with the Wychbury Hill Monument in the center of the picture. This is featured in another of my walks:

Walking along the Roman Road towards the end of County Lane.

Still on the Roman Road.

Descending through the trees, close to the Birches.

Nearly at the end of the walk, which came as a great relief to my eldest D who was feeling very hot and bothered.
