Tamsin Trail Richmond Park
Start: Pembroke Lodge car park
Finish: Pembroke Lodge car park
Length: - 12 km / 7.5 miles
Weather: Dull but dry
I was at a loose-end and decided to do the Tamsin Trail again. I thought I'd got there early-ish but the car park was already filling up and there was a half marathon, charity event. This made the first quarter quite busy, but luckily it calmed down after that.

This short section of the trail is a bit too close to the road for liking. I think the previous time I did it, I took an alternative route to avoid it .

Heading up past the Kingston Gate car park.

My favourite bus stop, even if I have never used it or seen a bus anywhere near it.

At the twisty, downhill section heading towards Chohole gate and a well-earned toilet break.

At the Chohole Gate I was following a bickering couple. They were about 10 meter ahead and going at my pace, so it was hard to overtake them. At this point I therefore made the decision to head-off to Beverley Brook so I wouldn't have to listen to them.

The Beverley Brook, near to the Roehampton Gate, where I bumped into Juan and Luna. Luna appeared keen for us to stop chatting so she could get back to her walk, she also had half an eye on going for a swim in the brook!

The final stretch between the Sheen Gate and the Richmond Gate.
